COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS

We made preparations following the best COVID-19 guidelines in order to welcome you and our staff members into a safe environment. The unique experience of visiting our salon that we all knew and loved before March 2020 might be a little different, however, we promise to be the same professional and fun to be around team as much as the new Government rules of social distancing within the close contact services industry will allow us. Thank you for your loyalty during these difficult times and your continued support.

HERE ARE A FEW IMPORTANT CHANGES THAT YOU SHOULD EXPECT TO SEE:

Online Booking system is open. We will be operating on pre-booked appointments only.

Appointments will be scheduled having in mind social distancing rules and extra sanitation time allocated before and after each person.

FACE COVERINGS are mandatory. If you do not have your own, we’ll be happy to provide a disposable surgical face mask upon arrival.

Contact and tracing. In order to comply with UK Government Guidelines on safe COVID-19 practices, we will kindly ask you to provide your most recent details when you visit us: full name, contact number and address.

Cancellation Policy includes Full value charge of “No Shows” and “Last Minute” cancellation of appointments. Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours in advance.

Disposable gowns and towels will be used for each person. If needed, we will be providing PPE (e.g. gloves and mask). We will also encourage you to wash or sanitise your hands as you enter the salon or before treatment. Face coverings are mandatory on our premises. We have undertaken a full COVID-19 Risk Assessment and we are committed to welcome you and our staff members into a safe environment that complies with guidelines issued by the Government and our local authority.
